New members who join (with no previous experience) will be required to complete three Fundamentals sessions to best equip them for success in the Gym and beyond. This personalized program will consist of 3 classes where we will go over what CrossFit is, common terminology, personal fitness goals, the foundational movements, ways to get connected with the community, and will be a time to practice mechanics - all of which will ultimately lead to better results for you!
