Taylor found CrossFit in 2017 and it changed his life. From the first workout, he knew he had found something that would become a lifelong purpose and passion. From the methodology to the community he found his home away from home. Taylor has completed several gymnastics and weightlifting seminars and makes a constant effort to improve his knowledge and expertise as a trainer. From the start, he embarked on a path to learn from and serve in what we believe is the best in the industry, which is what brought him to CrossFit Charlotte.

Taylor is a CrossFit Level 3 trainer, competitive athlete, and student of the training methodology and sport. He enjoys training others in group settings or one on one, and specializes in challenging athletes through his programming and coaching. He not only goes above and beyond as an athlete and coach but encourages and helps others to do the same around him.

Branson Dewese

CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

Branson is (very proudly) from West Virginia and grew up playing sports and being outside. Playing soccer year-round he developed a desire for fitness and training. In college at Marshall University, he pursued that passion and earned a degree in exercise science. This time is also when he discovered the greatness of CrossFit. Branson got his Level 1 and began coaching in 2017. When he moved to Charlotte in 2019, he immediately joined CF Charlotte and began coaching soon after. He now has over 10 years of CrossFit experience and spending time in the gym is still the best part of his day. In his spare time, he is also a medic in the Army Reserves and a Registered Nurse in the ER in town.
