What is CFC Programming?

The CFC programming is a training platform designed from the ground up by Andy Hendel, coach and owner of CFC.. Over 16 years, of coaching and training thousands of hours – testing, re-testing, experimenting, overcoming adversity, targeting weaknesses, thriving, and pushing the human potential.

Input from .com programming, affiliate programming and our own experiences, CFC has developed a unique affiliate experience. CFC has taken this programming and developed an affiliate model to fit the general needs of our athletes. Through specific targeting, proper dosing, and world-class programming, the CFC Plan can increase overall fitness, crush current weaknesses, and create a game-day ready athlete. The CFC model has allowed us to develop other specific template.
