Review front squats and find working load.

EMOM WOD

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes of:

Even front squats, 5 reps
Odd push-ups, 15/10 reps
Fronts squat should be 70% 1 rep max. Give or take a few pounds. Can go up or down in weight during WOD.

100 Double unders or 2 minutes trying.
