Complete as many reps in 25 minutes of:
Partner "Helen"
Run 400 meters
21 Kettlebell swings, 24/16 kg.
12 Pull-ups
3-2-1 go both athletes take off, Partner 1 runs 400 meters and partner 2 completes 21 KB swings/ 12 pull-ups. When partner 2 is done they wait till partner 1 completes the run before starting their run. Partner 1 completes the KB swings and pull-ups.
Score total reps of KB swings and pull-ups.
