Saturday: 9:00 AM 'Suffer on Saturday' 10-12 PM Open Gym (Coach A helping weaknesses, new)
Sunday: 10-12 PM Open gym
Monday: 9:00 AM only! "Murph" Full "Murph" or 1/2 "Murph" Run 1 mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, run 1 mile. Partition reps any way you want.
