If it will be your first time, please speak to Coach Hendel so he can make the necessary modifications for your free workout. Essentials class begin when you sign up.

Please note: Group classes start at their appointed time.  Please arrive early it you want more time for your own warm-up.

Monday through Friday

  • 6:00 am — group class
  • 9:00 am — group class
  • 12:00 pm — group class
  • 3:00 pm — group class
  • 5:00 pm — group class
  • 6:00 pm — group class» Last Class on Friday ««
  • 7:00 pm — group class »» No 7pm on Friday ««

Saturday

  • 8:30 am — group class
  • 9:30 am — group class
  • 10:30 – Breakout WOD (competitor athletes)

Sunday

  • 10:00 am — group class
  • 11:00 am- O-lift class
