CrossFit’s WODs are great for general fitness, of that, there is no doubt. And during each WOD our trainers are there to help instruct safe technique and to motivate you through the workout. However, we realize that some clients have never trained. Once signed up, new clients must complete the CrossFit 101 classes Please call if you have any questions.
