Meal 2:
2 double 1/4 pounds burgers at McD’s. WOW! First in 2 years.

5 eggs, raspberries and blackberries with almonds.
coffee with heavy cream
Meal 2:
Squash with olive oil
Venison burger from Shane the super hunter.

mix berries, black and raspberry
almonds

Meal 3:
Crock pot… chicken, can of mushroom soup, extra mushrooms and asparagus. Good stuff.

Snack: hand full of almonds and peacans.

Lots of coffee through out the day, with heavy cream of course.

letuce wedge blue cheese

snack: macadamia nuts too many!

Turkey loaf with onions, tomatoes, sweet potatoes and spinach. (5 blocks)

Mayo (8 blocks, about 20g fat..2 table spoons) counting 3g/block

Lunch 2:
4 oz chicken (4 blocks)
2 Apples (4 blocks)
12 Almonds

Dinner:
2-3 Block Active edge paleo dinners. (6 blocks)

Total blocks 18 (thats alot of food!)
