Five rounds for reps of:


1 min Power clean, 135/95#
1 min Burpees
Run 400m*


Rest
Start each round exactly six minutes apart. Your rest period is whatever remains after the run.


*modify run as needed, 300 or 200 meters for slower runners.


Post total reps.
