Power clean Warm Up

2 sets of:

5 jump shrug
5 elbows high and outside
5 muscle cleans
5 power cleans pos 1
5 power cleans pos 2
5 power cleans pos 3

WOD 1

10 EMOM of:

2 Power cleans, every minute for 10 minutes.
Rest approximately 10 minutes for AMRAP

WOD 2

7 Minute AMRAP of:

21.15.9
Push press, 95/65 lbs.
Pull-ups
Go back to 21 reps after completing the 9's and so on.
