Ultimate Challenge

This challenge will be the most comprehensive attempt to educate you on the habits necessary to improve your health, fitness and performance. You will be asked to dedicate the next six weeks of your time and energy to these goals.

To be a participant in the “Ultimate Challenge” you must be willing to do the following;

1. Workout minimally five times/week.

2. Follow a strict nutrition plan. Three weeks whole 30 and then three weeks whole 30 plus weighing and measuring. This also includes your H2O intake.

3. Attend two lectures explaining your nutrition.

4. Sleep 7-9 hours every night.

5. Attend one support meeting/week.

6. Record daily activities in Wodify. (workout, diet and sleep)

7. Record an ultrasound body composition given by Coach Andy.

8. Be willing to be under the microscope of Coach Andy

Because of the structure of this challenge I can only work with ten athletes at one time. The program will start November 5th, with our first nutrition lecture Saturday November 3rd. The cost is $150. Please contact Coach Andy if you are all in.

This challenge will overlap Thanksgiving. Don’t worry that will be a cheat day!
