SEALFIT OPWOD

SealFit OPWODs will commence again at CrossFit Charlotte. We are developing a community of athletes that are interested in forging mental toughness as well as physical fitness. OPWOD's are not your typical crossfit works. The duration of these evolutions last 2-3 hours. It's not about PR's or if you beat your friend or class mate in a workout. It's about the TEAM and helping your class excel together.

SealFit first OPWOD will be this Saturday, May 6 at 11 am. Expect it to last 2-2 1/2 hours. Bring a weighted vest if you have one. Please contact Coacha if you are interested. These workouts are free and open to all who are looking for something a little different.
