With a running clock you and your partner complete:

WOD 1

On the assault bike complete as many calories in 7 minutes.

WOD 2

Complete as many rounds and reps in 15 minutes of:

7 Wallballs, 21/14# @ 10/9' target

7 KB swings, 24/16 kg. RX+ 32/24 kg.

7 Pull-ups

WOD 3

In 7 minutes max effort clean and jerk. Add both lifts for total score
