Crossfit Charlotte Strength Programming
When: Saturdays 11am-1230pm
Duration: 6 weeks
Crossfit Charlotte is going to begin to offer a standalone strength program, outside of our typical programming. We will be offering this in 6 week cycles, each one focusing on either powerlifting movements (squat, deadlift, pressing) followed by a 6 week Olympic lifting cycle (clean and jerk, snatch, squat variations). All programming will be provided and will be 100% Trainer led. This will not be open gym where you’re wondering what you should do next. We’ll give it all to you and make sure you’re moving as safely and efficiently as possible! This will be a 90 minute class with the first 30 minutes dedicated to warm up and review of the days movement. This will allow a solid 60 minutes of focusing on quality lifts and moving weight with other CFC athletes.
