Complete as many rounds and reps in 10 minutes of:

10 Wallballs, 20/14# @ 10/9' target
10 Pull-ups
10 Burpees
Immediately following 5 minutes to establish 1 rep max clean.
Jump pull-ups for modification

Clean 1 rep max
