Have you signed up for Beer and Burpees Saturday 9/16

All the fun begins at 11:00am at Crossfit Charlotte!

If you haven't yet signed up you still have time to be a part of a great event for a great cause! Proceeds go to The Dream On Three organization which helps to make dreams come true for sick children!

The wod is as follows:

Drink a Cup of Beer

1st round of Workout: 250m run, 25 Wall Balls (Modification = Air Squats), 25 Box Jumps (Mod = Box Step Ups), 25 Pullups (Mod = Jumping Pullups or Pushups) and 25 Burpees.

Drink a Cup of Beer

2nd round of Workout: same as above.

Drink a Cup of Beer

3rd round of Workout: same as above.

Drink a Cup of Beer
