Today's WOD is a real barn burner. It is a three movement chipper of pull-ups, toes to bar and clean & jerks. All three movements can be very taxing. Two gymnastic movements and one weighted movement. The HAM Plan always offers three versions of the WOD depending on skill level RX+, RX and modified. 3-2-1 let the sparks fly!
