Dynamic Warm-Up

Get the body moving!

Bench Press 2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2

This is a 10 minute EMOM. 2 reps every minute.

Record heaviest weight

WOD

4 Rounds of:

Run 400 meters
21 Burpees

*Each round starts every 4 minutes. If you have time left over after burpees, rest!

Modification: run 300 meters if you can not run a 2 minute 400 meter

Record each round for score.
