Body Armor Sundays

Starting March 20th, this Sunday we are introducing the Body Armor Sunday WOD. This is a workout specifically designed to be done with a weighted vest. The weight is up to you, but you must bring your own. So invest in a good one, its yours and no one else will use it unless you let them.

Also beginning this Sunday we will start open gym for both sessions. 10-11:30 am and 3:30-5 pm. This means you can make up a workout, make one up or do the Body Armor WOD.
