Sunday is an open gym. You can make up a workout, do your own or do the body armor workout. Can also be done without body armor.
20 lbs. best for males, 12 lbs. for females. Supply your own weighted vest.

1 rope asent, 15'
30 sit ups
1 rope ascent, 15'
40 Squats
