    Where’d they go?

We know how it happens. Long day at work. You’re mind is shot, and you’re looking forward to the workout. Unfortunately under those trying circumstances, ya may go on auto-pilot and show up to the old gym! No problem, just head back out and go Northwest on Monroe Road and watch this video! Okay, watch the video now before you leave. You shouldn’t be watching videos on your iphone while driving. Bad things happen.

    Safe driving!

Bryan – Where does he go on weekends?

Greetings all.  At different times I’ve talked with many of you about the performances that I do on weekends.  I’m with an act called the Tortuga Twins that performs at Renaissance Festivals across the states.  This is why I’m gone almost every weekend, especially lately.

As many of you know, there’s a festival up near Concord that’s currently running.  The Tortuga Twins do perform at this festival, but it’s a different team (the original guys).  But as luck would have it, one of them is traveling to Florida with two other new guys.  So I get to perform the entire weekend at my home festival.

So if you’ve ever been curious about it.  Check out the Carolina Renaissance Festival.  And look for the Tortuga Twins act in the program.  We have five shows telling four different stories (one repeat).

Oh, and if you do want to go, hit any Harris Teeter’s customer service desk.  They have tickets for $1 less than you’d pay at the gate.

Thanks Coach, for letting me put this up!!

    Gym is open!

Update: Morning sessions start at 6:00am, not 6:30am.

Hey all, just wanted to let everyone know that the gym is still open.  Coach is going to be out for a week or so, but we still have trainers there with only slightly reduced hours.

    Weekdays:

    • 6:00-10:00
    • 3:30-7:30

    Weekends will be normal hours.

What’s the workout?  Well, that’s gonna be a surprise!  Come on in and find out! :: grins ::
