A DEFINITION

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program where results are achieved through constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity.  Crossfit Charlotte members range from professional athletes, first responders, moms and dads, children and grandparents. Our program is designed and developed for everyone because the movements are meant for everyone. They only differ by degree. Some athletes are here to achieve functional dominance while others pursue functional competence. 


Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing because life demands and rewards this kind of fitness. 

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used the same philosophy for elderly individuals with heart disease and athletes preparing for competition. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.


The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. All our athletes at Crossfit Charlotte including runners, lifters, weekend warriors, sports enthusiasts of all kinds have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
