Warm up: Dynamic 200 meters

Complete AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • Run 800 meters
  • Burpees/overhead walking lunge, 45/25lbs plate

While your partner lunges, complete as many burpees as you can. On the return from lunges switch movements. Total burpees completed.

After bash: group stretch
