  • 10 front squats
  • 10 push press
  • 10 thrusters

WOD

3 rounds for time of:

  • Run 400 meters
  • 20 weighted pullups
  • 50′ walking overhead lundge, 45/25lbs plate
  • 20 dumbell thrusters, 35/25lbs

After bash: 100 double unders or 2 minutes trying
