Medball clean & jerk

Skill work:

Jump rope/singles and doubles unders.

Workout: Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can.

30 Double unders

50′ Dumbell pressing lunge rigth hand, 35/20lbs

10 Pull-ups

50′ Dumbell pressing lunge left hand, 35/20lbs.
