    The 2 things that hurt the most were the prowler push and the 2 pood swings. I don’t even remember doing burpees or the row.

    Good but have gotten soft, we are getting back on track though. Aaron is in football & Sarah’s in tennis at the high school. With 2 a days they are regretting the time off from Xfit. Like your new format, I am trying to incorporate it all but the prowler was a curve ball! Wish you guys well!

    RXd 20:10. the spirit is definitely broken. the hill sprints are the weakness there. that and the rower after all the squats sucked too.
