Strength or endurance bias programs can be done any time at CrossFit Charlotte. Have your own program or Coach A will help you with one.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Every Saturday at 10 am. there will be competition style WOD's for those who want to be ready for next years open, sectionals and CrossFit games.

Andy, Dina and CFC friends, Although we plan on stopping by a few times before the actual move, we might not see some of you. We just want each one of you to know how much of an inspiration you have been in our journey towards our fitness goals. We have seen tremendous results and look and feel like new people. We have learned and been able to accomplish things that we didn’t think possible a few years ago. For your support, encouragement and inspiration we thank you very much!
