30 parallette push-ups (arm pit to the bars, feet on a green box)
15 overhead squats, 95/55 pounds

    I just want to say what a great you and your team did this past weekend. The event ran flawlessly and was very professional. You can all be very proud.

    The workouts were a great test. I don’t think anyone can argue that the 15 fittest people in NC/SC are heading to Jacksonville for the regionals. Excellent work!

    HQ 22:31…no feet rope climbs, hspu as rx’d, 15# overhead pistols

    felt like the whole workout was pistols, pretty aweful
