Strength or endurance bias programs can be done any time at CrossFit Charlotte. Have your own program or Coach A will help you with one.
Make up a workout, have your own? Just let Coach A know what your doing.
Every Saturday at 10 am. there will be competition style WOD's for those who want to be ready for next years open, sectionals and CrossFit games.

Mike K., my uncle got me to join Crossfit Montclair. I am just finishing up my foundations classes but his progress with Crossfit made we want to join. Nice he is wearing my “No excuses” shirt from when I worked for Gatorade. Great Pic!
