1 min Wall ball shots, 20 pound
1 min 15 foot rope climb
Run 400m
Rest

Start each round exactly six minutes apart. Your rest period is whatever remains after the run.

    I had to leave right after I finished, but it was something like 105 wall balls, and 7 rope climbs (4:1 mod on the pull up bar) and those runs outside were COOLLLLDDDD this morning! I think my cheeks are still red! Oh and big thank you to Nick in our group for calling out the time, no way I could have kept track without that!!

    93 wall balls and 5 rope climbs. This is the first time I did not have to modify my rope climbs, so I am proud!
