yesterday was the first day doing anything active after about a three week break of trying to recover from a strained abdominal and being sick. got out and turned a few laps on the mountain bike yesterday and finally got to crossfit today. HQ as rx’d 195#, definitely feeling that one in the legs.

well did HQ with 235# right at 70%.
though i got to ten rounds and decided to keep on going.
so i made it to 21 rounds in the workout.
felt like i could have gone more but had to be somewhere.

155 right at 70% for the wod 1st time meeting the prowler.Felt I did pretty well until round 7, my brain said I didn’t have anything else after 700ft and I listened. Today really mad that I did, should have dug in and finished it. Really feeling the combo in the old hammies
