Metcon: 205 for two minutes and had to drop the bar. 185 for another minute, and tapped out! That sucked!

Pr 220 loving my shoes! 105 for Metcon it hurt and I began to doubt but didn’t rack that bar. Good WOD Coach! I love strength days!!!!
