    I want to thank everyone for their support in my endeavors. This past week at the World Firefighter Challenge I was the third fastest overall in the qualifying rounds and was in a great position for the final race with the Canadian over 40 National Champion. I had him beat going into the dummy drag and was heading for home when I fell two feet from the finish line costing me the championship. I came back to take 2nd place in the open tandem race and 3rd in the over 40 relay race.
