Remember this is the one using the pull up bar, standing on a box and pulling yourself to hips above bar.

Cath, thanks for the help with the description!!! We’ve done these before and they are easily modified for anyone needing that! Ask your friendly, helpful trainer for details!!! ANDREW is on the mend, but may not be in the gym this week!! Hours are slightly modified! Morning is regular hours. NO NOON CLASS!!! Evening BEGINS at 3:30PM!!!
