** New time to get in a WOD: Tuesday, Thursday at 12 noon.**
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes of:
3 Ground to Overhead, 135/75lbs. (adjust wts. as needed)
6 Burpees
9 Pull-ups
If you want to replace Ground to Overhead with Snatch use same weights.
HQ: Snatch 1.1.1.1.1.1.1
Coach A. will coach up the snatch on the hour.
