My daughter, Shelby, has made it to the quarter finals of the state softball tournament so I will not be there tonight so I can drive to Morganton to watch her play. Kelly from the Matthews gym will be your instructor, I believe some of you have met him. Don’t give him too much hell guys! I’ll see you in the morning at 9:00am.

Tell Shelby good luck from the Bowles crew. Bummer it’s not closer or the boys and I would come cheer her on.
Since it didn’t actually say “Friday” on it I was really hoping this was just some random, extra, something to do WOD. I can hardly wait. Woo Hoo!!!

hmmmmm….Does Burnam mean devil? Thanks again Kelly for getting me through the last round. That sucked worse than….wow, I can’t even think of anything close to compare it to. Burpees suck!

21,15,9 – non-weighted burpees, jump over heavy bag burpees and incline pull up burpees
First time doing burpees and they sucked, not sure of a time but I finished so I am happy.
