    Ok, so after we all griped about how sore we all were. We decided to make up our own little sprint. camera died durring WOD so no video. It figures…

    3:43 still no video to prove it though. Great job today 6am. GO TEAM SPEC!!!!!

    Same WOD as above. This is a signature CF running WOD so work on staying on the balls of your feet and leaning forward. It’s a real butt burner!
