95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Tapped out at 11 minute mark with 6 rounds @ 95lbs. Low back cramps. Great work again Matt D. I’m not going to post how many rounds you did because it hurts my pride a bit. You guys can just check the board. Days like today I’m glad Coach doesn’t post pic’s of board on site. Great job 6am.
