Looks like we’re hitting the treadmills today guys!
If it gets too busy in there you can substitute a 300m row @ 8-10 on the damper setting for the .10 mile sprint. Looks like a tough one!

Nice work 6am, and thanks for being there Coach. You guys that did 5 rounds are my hero’s. I only had 4 in my shoulder today. Suffer on Thursday this week.

For my Peak guys and girls:
We will be substituting rope inversions for the ascents. The conversion is 3 to 1 so you have 9 rope inversions each round.
