Strength or endurance bias programs can be done any time at CrossFit Charlotte. Have your own program or Coach A will help you with one.

Every Saturday at 10 am. there will be competition style WOD's for those who want to be ready for next years open, sectionals and CrossFit games.

Shelly, Abby and I went to cheer Spec on for the “Last Chance WOD”. Spec did an awesome job on the one we saw. Can someone tell us how he did on the other two? It was also nice to meet some more of you.
