Every Saturday at 10 am. there will be competition style WOD's for those who want to be ready for next years open, sectionals and CrossFit games.

Crossfit Total 520 (sq 195,sp 85,dl 240) only incr by 15 since 4/10 wawawaaaa not a stellar day esp. considering the bonehead/blonde move I made. So glad coach A wasn’t there, pretty sure he would still be shaking his head yelling about it. Eye witnesses who talk can easily be wacked. :0)
