Well, last time I had wine the night before a workout, I finished Sunday’s workout early into Monday, and I suggested the “challenge”.

Strength or endurance bias programs can be done any time at CrossFit Charlotte. Have your own program or Coach A will help you with one.

Make up a workout, have your own? Just let Coach A know what your doing.
BREAKOUT SESSIONS
