Same WOD as above only instead of slamballs we will be doing your favorite; med ball cleans! Rx for guys is 20# and girls is 14#.

The Saturday workout time for Peak Fitness is changing to 9:00 and 9:30. Warm-ups begin at 8:45. There will be no 10:00 class. The last class BEGINS at 9:30. Don’t be late! Also, don’t forget the Crowder’s Mountain run this Sunday at 8:30.
