THIS WEEKENDS FREE WORKOUT WILL BE HELD SATURDAY AT CROSSFIT CHARLOTTE AT 9AM FOR FIRST TIMERS. BRING FRIENDS, FAMILY, NEIGHBORS AND/OR CO-WORKERS AND GET YOUR WEEKEND STARTED OFF RIGHT. Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups
Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

“BOOCHES LADDER”
For time:
100 Squats
90 Double Unders (or 3:1 singles)
80 Push ups
70 Sit ups
60 Jumping Pull ups
50 Thrusters (95/65#)
40 Back Extensions
30 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
20 Deadlifts (135/95#)
10 Handstand Push ups

it’s a storm straight through or it’d take you all day. it’s what were talking about for the affiliate challenge, b/c it has a little of everything so it would hit everyones strength and weaknesses
