Can anyone name the person doing the handstand. Hint: sports many tattoos.

Friday is my last morning workout with CrossFit before I leave for Officer Candidates School with the U.S. Marine Corps. While I haven’t known all of you for very long, I feel like I am leaving family. Thank you to Coach, Dina, Matt D, Dave, and the weekend crew for helping me push myself to a new level of fitness. I plan to kick some ass in the next few weeks. See you in December.

Sara, we will miss you and we wish you well. look forward to all the tales when you return. let us know how you are doing. Cameron, concentrate on the workout and leave the ladies butts alone!!! Ha!
