Every Saturday at 10 am. there will be competition style WOD's for those who want to be ready for next years open, sectionals and CrossFit games.

Nice score Mike, can’t wait to see the rest. My back is feeling better, not 400# deadlift better, but maybe wallballs & pullups this week. GH Situps are out for a long time I think. Coach – I will be in there Monday testing it out. When is Sara’s last day? She needs a good USMC sendoff WOD
