6 rounds/116 pull ups, started the 7th round @ 18:30 got 14 more pull ups. Glad i did that in the morning when it was 55 degrees out.

Coach A..30,25,21,17,15,10…118. Sorry Brian. Had to stop at 10 on the last one clock ran out. I got lucky with my timing.

Couldn’t make it in cuz of work, and I haven’t installed the pull-up bar at home yet so:

400 M Run (there abouts??)
25 Push-Ups
10 Clean & Jerk, 45# dumbbells
