Strength or endurance bias programs can be done any time at CrossFit Charlotte. Have your own program or Coach A will help you with one.

Every Saturday at 10 am. there will be competition style WOD's for those who want to be ready for next years open, sectionals and CrossFit games.

Actually did a little workout of my own today. Warmup with a 800M Run, then:
4 Rounds8 TGU, 1.5 pood8 Big Box Jump (36″?)8 Man-makers, 45 lb dumbells8 Weighted GH Sit-Ups, 25lbs
Time: 34:38
If ya do the math, 32 reps each round, and 32 reps of each exercise in total.
