I had Coach in my sights but he steamrolled by me in the 4th round.
I got totally wiped out on this one. Took me 30:10. No excuses - just a tough one. Great job Andy and Hales.
LOL, Mike, don’t feel bad. Took me 47:38. The hang cleans destroyed me. Got through the deadlifts and squats unbroken, and PP’s were all 4/2. But damn those cleans. That oly seminar up at CFNC is looking better and better.
